The CM Text SDK documents PHP 7.1–8.5 compatibility. Initialize TextClient with the Channels Gateway product token, then supply message, sender, recipients and reference to SendMessage; WhatsApp templates require approval.

Scope: Only customer-side PHP integration was verified. The provider platform’s PHP2Shell response, impact and remediation are unconfirmed.
