Its archived PHP repository explains that the 2013 examples were never an official SDK. Current PHP integrations should call the REST API directly using Guzzle, Symfony HttpClient, curl or another HTTP client.
Scope: No current official PHP SDK is offered; the guidance is direct REST calls using an HTTP client. PHP2Shell response and provider-side patch completion are unconfirmed.
