The October 21, 18:28 update says Elari installed the official PHP fix immediately, thoroughly checked its systems and reopened browser and mobile-app access. Its marketing site and knowledge base do not use PHP.

Scope: The 18:28 restoration update supersedes the old 13:09 shutdown notice. No customer update or configuration work is required.

What users should do
