The October23 follow-up confirms patched CloudLinux builds on all managed shared/reseller servers by noon October22. Backports can retain the older displayed version.

Scope: A separate October24 notice for CVE-2026-115560 disables upload-progress tracking again; this is a distinct temporary measure, not a reversal of the original two fixes.

What users should do

Ask support to verify the build rather than relying on the version label. Seek migration help if a PHP5.2/5.3 site stops working.
