On 28 October 2026 the company confirmed disclosure of login IDs, hashed passwords and email addresses following unauthorized access on 14–15 October. Potentially affected records totalled 4,238,242. Names, addresses and card numbers were excluded; this did not cover all purchases at member florists or external marketplaces.
