The October23 reopening notice says that emergency maintenance begun October22, the PHP response and safety checks were completed and all suspended services reopened.

Scope: Read with the earlier same-day notice listing Members Login and the Jozu-kun alpha website as still under maintenance. This is not a claim that all accounting software received PHP updates.

Check access to the previously suspended web services and report problems to official support.
