Scope: The stated scope is PHP 7.4–8.5 on all NetWeaver-operated web servers. The incident UI still says In Progress, while the body explicitly confirms completion of PHP patching.

Update your website applications separately from the server-side PHP fixes. WordPress can be updated through WordPress Toolkit in the control panel.
