Web and Denbun on old servers resumed between 15:50 and 17:10 JST on October 24. Old-server PHP 5.1, 5.3, 5.6, 7.2 and 7.4 were standardized on patched 7.4. New servers introduced from November 19, 2025 have remediated PHP 8.3 and 7.4. Some management pages are expected back in the first week of November; overseas Web access remains restricted.

Scope: Availability and PHP handling differ between old and new servers. This does not mean every feature or overseas access has returned.

What users should do

Test old-server sites on PHP 7.4 and check official notices for management-page restoration. Customers seeking end-of-October cancellation of contracts renewing November 1 are instructed to contact the designated desk by October 29.

Web service resumed at 17:40 JST on October 24. PHP 7.2, 5.6, 5.3 and 5.1 were changed to patched PHP 7.4. Site Manager, phpMyAdmin and contract management are expected back in the first week of November; overseas Web access remains restricted.

Scope: Web restoration is distinct from management restoration. Lifting of overseas-access restrictions is not established.

Indigo / IndigoPro / Wasabi (management functions)

Management functions have been suspended since 14:00 JST on October 23 for PHP vulnerability remediation. The October 26 update expects restoration in early November. Running virtual servers and the native Wasabi console remain available.

Scope: Contract management covers all three services, server controls cover Indigo/IndigoPro, and API suspension concerns Indigo. This is not proof of PHP patching inside customer VMs.

What users should do

Check restoration notices before operations requiring management access. Separately review PHP that you manage inside virtual servers.
