Current re-audit: Official response verified · Research date: 2026-10-27

Develops a PHP-based CMS.

The official notice asks hosts to apply and verify both fixes. PHP8.2 support starts at EE6.4.15 and EE7.2.8; older releases should move to current EE7.

Scope: Updating EE alone does not patch PHP. WAF is temporary protection.

What users should do

Verify patched active PHP and restarts for production, staging and subdomains, and check EE/add-on compatibility.
