The officially supported PHP library requires PHP 8.1–8.4 and Guzzle. Installation uses wildbit/postmark-php, with a Server Token and confirmed Sender Signature for an initial email.

Scope: Official PHP integration documentation only. PHP2Shell response and provider-side patch completion are unconfirmed. SDK and PHP runtime updates are separate.
