The 22 October 09:45 update reports that the hosting partner completed PHP patching and verification on all covered servers by 02:15. Upload restrictions and realmaker's temporary password protection were removed, restoring its own and customer websites.

No additional action is required. Do not change the PHP upload-progress setting, which remains disabled.
