The October 22 update says the legacy platform can be used normally after Oderland updated its servers. The new WordPress platform server is also updated and secured, but file uploads will take longer to resume.

Scope: Although the notice is marked resolved, it still describes an upload restriction on the new platform. This is not confirmation that every function has returned.

Some official sources could not be retrieved. Reverification remains on hold and the previous verification date is retained.
