UPEI website and Projects website platform.
The October 23 notice describes minor issues after switching to an updated site for PHP work. The update posted for October 26 and 28 still says issues are being identified and corrected.
Scope: Projects-site PHP remediation is distinct from main-site functional corrections. Functional errors do not by themselves establish compromise or an unpatched PHP installation.
What users should do
Report content or functionality problems to web@upei.ca.

The update posted for October 26 and 28 explicitly reports Projects-site PHP remediation completed. Administrators are asked to inspect content and change passwords as an additional security measure.
Scope: Based on a subsequent completion notice, not the October 23 target time. It does not mean main-site functionality issues are fully corrected.
What users should do
Check your Projects-site content and change administrator passwords.
