The October27 update confirms patched replacements for PHP5.2/4.x, following fixes for8.x,7.x and5.6. It also reports upload-progress blocking for5.4+ and WAF/monitoring.

Scope: The explicit PHP5.4 measure is mitigation. The provider's completion of security measures does not establish patched binaries for every branch.
