Foundation supporting the CodeIgniter PHP framework.

Official PHP requirements and framework advisories were rechecked. A discussion of the PHP vulnerabilities appears on the official forum, but its full thread was inaccessible, so a Foundation response could not be established.

Scope: The October 9 framework fixes are separate from PHP2Shell. The previous verification date is retained because the current forum discussion could not be fully reviewed.

Patch the running PHP environment and verify the compatible CodeIgniter version and required extensions before changing PHP branches.
