On October 23, 2026, eHealthcare reported possible blastmail exposure: about 8,000 physician names/emails including Byoinnavi PR records, 7,000 survey-management URLs and 30 birth dates. It was outside the 288 confirmed contracts, but leakage could not be ruled out. Addresses, phones and card details were excluded; survey mailings stopped.
