University polybox, Moodle and administrative and research web services.

The October 22 PHP update restricts polybox to ETH networks and suspends daylight, KIDS, KIHZFLEX, LUMINOL, NMRADMIN/NMRSUBMIT, NADEL tools and SCEQ. Moodle is limited to internal networks or VPN.
