The October 26 09:38 update retains HAWKI1,oldLimeSurvey,PrimussZahlenportal and PCSdoor management as stopped; HAWKI2 is available. Evasys was removed without an explicit restoration statement. The October 21 Moodle and related outage is marked resolved.
