Shared hosting, VPS and dedicated servers from Turkey's İsim Kayıt Bilişim.

Its 21 October notice assigns shared-hosting precautions and updates to the technical team. It does not access customer-managed VPS, VDS, cloud or physical servers, so customers must update every PHP installation there.

What users should do

On self-managed servers, install fixes or verified backports for both CVEs, restart PHP/web services and check the running version. Shared-hosting customers need no server-level action.
