The May 13, 2026 report attributes the March 13 ransomware intrusion to legitimate credentials. Without conclusive proof of extraction, it treats about 641,000 potentially duplicated people’s records as at risk because leakage cannot be excluded. Categories include Medica ID customers, medical/education contacts, authors, lecturers, business contacts and applicants. No secondary harm was confirmed as of May 12.

Scope: A PHP connection and response to the current PHP vulnerabilities are not listed.
