Install messente/messente-api-php. Set API username/password in Configuration for HTTP Basic, then send an Omnimessage with an E.164 recipient and an ordered WhatsApp/Viber/SMS message list.

Scope: Only customer-side PHP integration was verified. The provider platform’s PHP2Shell response, impact and remediation are unconfirmed.
