The October 25 update describes sequential backup, PHP patch checks, necessary changes and functional checks, with completion reported to each maintenance customer. It does not declare completion for every site.

Scope: The scope is sites under maintenance contract; descriptions of other hosts do not prove all M’s Factory clients are patched.

What users should do

Maintenance customers should follow their individual report; customers without a contract should confirm patching with their host.
