A park managed by the joint group of Albirex Niigata Co., Ltd. and the Niigata Urban Flowering and Greenery Foundation.

The October 27 update says PHP-related code changes are still needed, with online reopening undetermined. Telephone booking alone resumed at noon that day.

Scope: Telephone reception is not online restoration. The park and stadium facilities being booked are not counted as separate IT services.

What users should do

Use the facility-specific official phone numbers. Normal reception is 09:30–16:30; prepare registration number, group and applicant names, and contact details. Check the notice for booking-opening dates.
