NOC provides a virtual patch for sites behind its WAF and a read-only audit tool covering multiple PHP SAPIs, distribution backports and workers still running old binaries.
What users should do
Put all hostnames behind the WAF and restrict origin access to prevent bypass. Update each PHP runtime and restart workers, then verify that old processes have exited.
