Publishes temporary server rules and an audit script for PHP environments that cannot immediately update. Rules also block legitimate uploads and do not replace PHP patches.

Scope: The repository also covers CVE-2026-115560, a separate issue announced on October 23 under specific runtime session-handler changes. The October 21 fixes do not cover it. For affected configurations it recommends temporarily disabling session upload progress, and reports that a fixed release is not yet available.

Test settings in staging and limit deployment to suitable routes. Proceed with vendor-patched PHP updates.
