The October 22, 2026 notice reports possible exposure of up to 250,000 email records sent since September 2022; around 10,000 also held names. Pension numbers, accounts, balances and AnswerNet credentials were not stored in the affected mailing system. Core pension services were unaffected.

Scope: A PHP connection and response to the current PHP vulnerabilities are not listed.
