The October 22 notice says most managed servers were patched on disclosure day. A small set of end-of-life PHP sites received temporary mitigation while permanent upgrades were arranged with clients.

Check PHP in Craft Utilities → System Report. Arrange legacy PHP/Craft upgrades with Spicy Web.
